Customer notification

A 3% increase in water and wastewater rates will take effect at the beginning of calendar year 2027. This adjustment is part of the rate increases approved by the CRRUA Board on November 10, 2025.

Update #5: Precautionary Water Boil Advisory Lifted for Racetrack Drive/Haciendas San Gabriel Area

(Posted on 9-24-26 @ 12:41 p.m.) The Camino Real Regional Utility Authority (CRRUA) has lifted the Precautionary Water Boil Advisory for the Racetrack Drive/Haciendas San Gabriel area.

Test results of water samples CRRUA sent to an independent laboratory certified by the New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) show that the water meets NMED safety and quality standards.

CRRUA issued the precautionary advisory as part of its Proactive Safety Protocol at approximately 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2006, after completing a water line connection and reactivating water and wastewater services to the area.
